Delivery Coverage
- We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available for selected areas.
Delivery Time
- Colombo 1–15: 1–2 working days
- Outstation areas: 3–5 working days
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same/next working day.
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery fee
- Additional fees may apply for oversized or fragile items
Packaging & Privacy
- All items are packed in sealed, protective, and non-branded packaging.
- No product details are shown on the outside.
- Couriers only receive necessary contact details.
- MyToys.lk follows the Sri Lankan Data Protection Act (No. 9 of 2022).
Order Tracking
- Tracking is available via your Order ID.
- Tracking link will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
- Courier will try to deliver up to 3 times.
- If unsuccessful, the order will be returned.
- Re-delivery charges apply.
Delivery Confirmation
- Proof of Delivery (POD) and signature required.
- Customers may authorize delivery to reception/security.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items
- Clearance or special-discount items
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Refund/Replacement Process
- Once approved, you may receive:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (method depends on original payment type).
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged or incorrect → MyToys.lk covers return costs.
- For customer-change-of-mind → Customer pays return shipping
Customer Responsibilities
- Report issues within 24 hours.
- Provide an accurate address and contact details.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
