RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items can only be returned or exchanged within 1 business days from the date of delivery. Please make sure the items are complete, unused, and unwashed in perfect condition — with attached labels and original packaging. Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.

– Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis. Our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you to discuss further details.
– Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

NOTE: We do not exchange or accept returns on items under the following categories:
1. Discounted Items
2. Clearance Items
3. Custom orders

Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
